Founder and CEO
Before creating HEME GmbH Franck had operated in the aerospace and defense sector during 20 years. He held various leadership positions in a military operational environment as French Air Force Officer and in 2005 he joined a European organization for defense cooperation (OCCAR) as Senior Logistic Leader in a PMO.
Franck has been developing his understanding in product life cycle management through his involvement in various stages of a program. As Officer in the French Air Force, he acquired an expertise in managing logistic operations and understanding of final users’ needs. Within French MoD support organisations and OCCAR he tackled the challenges related to acquisition in a national and international environment.
Franck holds a MSc in Aeronautics from the French Air Force Academy and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Marina
Ramaroson
CSR and Business Development Director
Before joining HEME, Marina RAMAROSON have more than 10 years’ experience in Environmental and Social safeguards, Corporate Social Responsability and environmental and social development project in Sub-Saharan countries.
Marina held Senior management positions as Sustainable Development Director and ESH Manager within Madagascar Raiways (Madarail). Then, as environment specialist independant consultant, she has assessed development project funded by different organisations such as GIZ, UNICEF, European Union, World Bank. She has knowledge and practices in the environment and social World Bank safeguard policy and procedures.
Marina holds a BSc in Environment (Ecology, Biodiversity, Evolution) and a Msc in Environment (Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility, Communication.).

Alexandre
Kerangall
Communication manager
Alexandre has an atypical career. After studying cognitive science in Nancy, he went in Ireland as part of his curriculum. Back in France, he decided to diversify his knowledge by entering a communication/marketing school, from which he was awarded a master’s degree, between Nantes and Canada.
Throughout his career, Alexandre has benefited from several professional experiences. First as a software developer at LORIA, a computer research laboratory, then as a web project manager for HemE, then as communication officer for Airbus and finally as project manager in the communication agency The Links. Thanks to the diversity of sectors and disciplines approached throughout these experiences, he acquired eclectic skills, allowing him to mix technical, operational and strategic thinking.
Alexandre holds a MIASHS bachelor's degree (french Applied Mathematics and Computer Science in Humanities and Social Sciences) majoring in cognitive science from the University of Lorraine and a master's degree in Communication from Audencia SciencesCom school.
